Tapered-rectangular mummy shaped bag with room to move around in. The dual zip allows you to vent at the bottom or you can open it up fully to use as a comfortor. The bag has a shaped hood and draft tube along the zipper, plus an internal pocket for your phone or valuables. If you have a Sea to Summit Altitude, Journey or Venture bag the Trek will zip to it to form a double sleeping bag.
